Participation in the Olympic Flame celebrations

an art and research group of the School of Philosophy

&

the Ancient Theatre Dance Group of the Dora Stratou Dance Theatre

 

have been invited to Ancient Olympia to present the performance

DIVINE DANCE

directed by Anna Lazou (Department of Philosophy)

in the three-day celebrations

for the lighting of the Olympic Flame 

and the twinning of Olympia and the Russian city of Yakutsk.

 

The performance will take take place at 7:00 p.m. on the 8th of April

at the Town Hall's open-air theatre.
